Madeline was admitted as a Solicitor in 2015 and is an Affiliate Member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a Fully Accredited Member of SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly) as well as being a Committee Member for the SFE Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire regions and a Dementia Friend.

Dealing with all aspects of private client work, she has extensive experience of Wills, Trusts and the Administration of Estates. Madeline also specialises in Powers of Attorney and acts as a professionally appointed attorney for clients, managing their financial affairs, ensuring the provision of care and asset management.  Madeline can assist with Post Death Variations and Declarations of Trusts.

Madeline has an extremely empathic and caring nature.  She makes it her focus to get to know her clients and their families in order to provide the very best advice, tailored to their individual circumstances.  She takes pride in being able to discuss sometimes difficult situations with clients and to work with them to create a life plan that works for them.  

Madeline is happy to meet clients in different settings including at their home, in hospital or care homes, at their work or in the Richmond and Windsor offices.  Where suitable she can also see clients for initial meetings via video conferencing although meeting in person is a core element of her work.
