1. Arrange an free introductory call with you to briefly discuss your circumstances and explain how our initial fixed fee first meeting – usually 10-15 minutes
2. Schedule a fixed fee meeting with you to discuss your matter in detail. You can expect to leave that meeting with an understanding of the legal position, advice on your specific circumstances and information on process options, next steps and costs.

For Family Matters, meetings can take place virtually or in person at our offices in Richmond and Windsor. Meetings will take pace with both Nicki and Emma wherever possible so you have the benefit of meeting them both and benefitting from their collective advice.

For Mediation, individual and joint meetings can take place in person or virtually and we are happy to discuss the best arrangements for those.

For Wills and Probate, meetings with Madeline can take pace virtually, at our Richmond or Windsor Office or alternatively at your home, care setting or hospital.
