• We will invoice you monthly/bi-monthly (depending on the needs of your matter) to help you budget. 

• Save for on fixed fee services, each monthly/bi-monthly invoice will show the breakdown of the time spent on your case by us.

• We will agree with you in our first discussion the route by which your case will be funded. If appropriate, we can help you source external funding by way of a loan for litigation or mediation. We have good working relationships with a number of specialist providers of litigation funding for family law cases.

• For our family law services we offer fixed fees on

We can consider fixed fees for other pieces of work such as nuptial agreements on a case by case basis.
